the shed

Lisboa, Portugal. 2019
A basic and urgent need. A workspace, directly connected to an old sawmill. Built in less than two weeks, the space would have to represent the values of Barracão, made by people, by hand, raw, rough and real.
The space was meant to be dynamic and to be used in any way possible. Light and texture were a big concern while using standard materials and mesurements.
Helping hands: João Veloso e João Taveira. Mauro Jesus, Diogo Pinto Basto, Pedro Lobato. Pedro Soares, João Moraes, João Pires e Vasco Fragoso Mendes. Sr.Zé.
